Shipping

The shipping charges of the orders will solely depend upon the volumetric weight of the order however, we will try to keep the charges as minimal as possible. We exclusively partner with trusted courier services. MJ3 Exports is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our control. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is delivered within the estimated time frame provided in the order confirmation.


Estimated delivery time

Please note that after placing your order, it will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery will occur within 5-6 business days, depending on the courier service. We strive for timely processing and delivery.


Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations:

  • Cancellation requests are accepted any time before your order is shipped.
  • Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellations are not possible.

Refunds:

  • If your payment has been processed, we will initiate a refund promptly after order cancellation, deducting any applicable banking transaction fees.
  • Refunds typically take 6-8 business days to appear in your account, subject to your banking institution's processing times.


Products missing in the order

If you have received a delivery that is missing items, we would appreciate it if you could share an unboxing video with us. This video will assist us in conducting a comprehensive evaluation of the situation and identifying the root cause of the problem.

Please be advised that all of our orders undergo multiple levels of quality checks prior to being dispatched. As part of our quality control process, we preserve photographic and video documentation of the packaged products. It is crucial to note that we advise against accepting the product from the delivery person if it appears to be damaged upon delivery. In the event that you do accept the delivery, we strongly recommend that you create an unboxing video prior to opening it. This precautionary measure guarantees that any missing products can be accurately documented.Please be aware that it is imperative that we adhere to these procedures in order to conduct a thorough investigation and offer you the necessary support. Failure to follow these guidelines may limit our ability to resolve the issue satisfactorily.
